Cruz Martinez is a San Antonio native and instructor at the Medical Education and Training Campus on Joint Base San Antonio-Fort Sam Houston. She was also selected as the first clinical site coordinator at the Baptist Medical Center and was the Navy Ambassador for the Respiratory Therapy Program for the new enlisted clinical sites in the San Antonio area.
