Medicine Ball Slam
Stand with your feet a little wider than shoulder width and your toes pointed out at a slight angle. Bend at your hips and knees and grab the ball. Without allowing your lower back to round, pull your torso back and up, thrust your hips forward, and stand up with the ball at chest level. Press the ball overhead, and then slam it to the ground. Drop your hips to the starting position as you slam. (U.S. Air Force photo by Don Lindsey)
