The Air Force released the list of 1,367 master sergeants selected for promotion to senior master sergeant Feb. 28. Of those, 57 noncommissioned officers from all three locations at Joint Base San Antonio were selected for promotion. Those selected represent 10.65 percent of the 12,834 eligible with an average score of 673.11, 4.02 years average time-in-grade and 18.89 years time-in-service. Other score averages were 135 points for enlisted performance reports, 20.63 points for decorations and 71.73 points for the promotion fitness exam. Senior master sergeant promotions begin in April.
