Estelle "Woopsie" Willis, who is of British descent, was born in Cairo, Egypt, and came to Fort Sam Houston as an Army bride in 1957. She has been a volunteer on post since her arrival in San Antonio and has volunteered at the Warrior Family Support Center for more than four years. The 78-year-old talks with everyone that comes into the facility and makes a point to be on a fi rst-name basis with service members.
