Clusters, the Army Achievement Medal with two Oak Leaf Clusters, the
Meritorious Unit Commendation, the Army Good Conduct Medal (8th Award), the
National Defense Ribbon, the Southwest Asia Service (3), Kuwait Liberation
Medal, the Armed Forces Service Medal, the Overseas Service Ribbon, the GWOT
Service Medal, the Expert Field Medical Badge, and the Drivers Badge. CSM Crews
has also been inducted into the prestigious Order of Military Medical Merit.
