JOINT BASE SAN ANTONIO, FORT SAM HOUSTON, Texas - Gino Magnifico, chief information officer, Army Contracting Command provides instruction to Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) leaders during the fiscal year 2026 MICC Senior Contracting Officials and Directors Acquisition Training Aug. 25, 2026, in San Antonio. Magnifico led discussions and demonstrations on artificial intelligence tools and capabilities available or under development for contracting professionals as part of the event’s focus on innovation and transformation.
