MICC senior leaders advance transformation at annual acquisition training

JOINT BASE SAN ANTONIO, FORT SAM HOUSTON, Texas - Brig. Gen. Freddy Adams, commanding general, Mission and Installation Contracting Command, dialogues with MICC leaders during a small group breakout session at the MICC’s the fiscal year 2026 Senior Contracting Officials and Directors Acquisition Training Aug. 25, 2026, in San Antonio. Nearly 80 leaders and primary staff from across the MICC enterprise gathered for the annual training to share best practices, strengthen operational readiness and address transformation across the Army contracting environment.
