JOINT BASE SAN ANTONIO, FORT SAM HOUSTON, Texas - Mission and Installation Contracting Command officers gather for a group photo during the fiscal year 2026 Senior Contracting Officials and Directors Acquisition Training Aug. 25, 2026, in San Antonio. Brig. Gen. Freddy Adams, MICC commanding general is pictured center with brigade and battalion leaders from the command’s three contracting support brigade and nine contracting battalions. The annual training brought leaders from across the command together to strengthen operational readiness, enhance collaboration and advance acquisition excellence across the enterprise.
