JOINT BASE SAN ANTONIO-FORT SAM HOUSTON, Texas - Mission and Installation Contraction Command-Fort Leavenworth, Director Nickey Austin and other leaders listen during a group discussion at the Mission and Installation Contraction Command’s the fiscal year 2026 Senior Contracting Officials and Directors Acquisition Training Aug. 25, 2026, in San Antonio. Nearly 80 leaders and primary staff from across the MICC enterprise gathered for the annual training to share best practices, strengthen operational readiness and address transformation across the Army contracting environment.
