JOINT BASE SAN ANTONIO-FORT SAM HOUSTON, Texas - In-person students assigned to the 410th Contracting Support Brigade at Joint Base San Antonio-Fort Sam Houston, Texas, pose for a photo during inaugural Mission and Installation Contracting Command Launch Program July 28, 2026. The three-day program reached 32 newly assessed 51C contracting noncommissioned officers across 13 locations in the United States and Europe and supports MICC’s Forge Elite Talent line of effort by investing in contracting professionals early in their careers.
