JOINT BASE SAN ANTONIO-FORT SAM HOUSTON, Texas - Seated at the front table, Command Sgt. Maj. JennyAnne Bright, command sergeant major of the Mission and Installation Contracting Command, and Command Sgt. Maj. Deaquennette Thomas command sergeant major of the 419th Contracting Support Brigade cadre join in-person students attending the inaugural MICC Launch Program July 30, 2026, at Joint Base San Antonio, Fort Sam Houston, Texas. The three-day program reached 32 newly assessed 51C contracting noncommissioned officers across 13 locations in the United States and Europe and supports MICC’s Forge Elite Talent line of effort by investing in contracting professionals early in their careers.
