JOINT BASE SAN ANTONIO BROOKE ARMY MEDICAL CENTER, Texas - Bramaya, an Austin-Texas based West African Dance Group, performed during Brooke Army Medical Center's (BAMC) Black History Month Observance ceremony in the Medical Mall at BAMC Feb. 22, 2018. Guest speaker at this year's event was Col. Derrick W. Flowers, Headquarters, U.S. Army Medical Command, assistant deputy Chief of Staff for Resource Management, Joint Base San Antonio-Fort Sam Houston, Texas.
