Gate changes at JBSA-Fort Sam Houston begin Jan. 22

Beginning Jan. 22, major changes will occur at two gates used to access the west side of Joint Base San Antonio-Fort Sam Houston.
JBSA gate construction begins in January

Throughout Joint Base San Antonio, installation entry control points, otherwise known as the base gates, will undergo multiple construction projects starting January 2018. These necessary construction projects will enhance force protection capability across JBSA, and when complete, will enhance the safety and security of the workforce, family and visitors.
