U.S. Army Capt. Jonathan Jeter, 59th Medical Wing dermatology resident, conducts a pulse dye laser treatment on a patient at the Wilford Hall Ambulatory Surgical Center at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland. The PDL is used to reduce skin blemishes and scars. The dermatology clinic provides care to approximately 33,000 patients a year.
