Tech. Sgt. Christopher L. McMullen engaged with local church to lead a four-member safety team for the Fiesta Footsteps for Education 5K, establishing course navigation and vital first-aid response, safeguarding 750 participants and securing total event success. He facilitated ongoing mentorship sessions for four members, sparking two NCOs' educational pursuits and guiding a junior Airman to lead two briefings for 100 FTEC students, fueling a program that earned his team Group and Top III awards. Demonstrating selfless off-duty support, McMullen accompanied and stayed alongside an Airman battling a critical illness during two medical appointments, delivering steadfast care to guarantee their life-sustaining treatment and family support.

Duty Title: Unit Resource Advisor
Tech. Sgt. Randy B. Moreno coordinated with the Key Support Team to conduct vehicle repairs for nine unit spouses and facilitated an oil change course for 122 unit members. He secured home front stability during 11 missions and 1,400 temporary duty days. He spearheaded Wilford Hall lab support by organizing and processing critical blood vials for 1,500 trainees. This permitted technicians to focus on phlebotomy operations and slashed BMT/Tech School in-processing time. As a lead Suicide Prevention facilitator, Moreno led training courses for 67 personnel. His instruction equipped members with critical crisis intervention tools, driving a 42 percent surge in unit compliance three months ahead of schedule.

Duty Title: NCOIC, Commander Support Staff
After liaising with three base agencies, Tech. Sgt. Thomas Vinetti advised group and Numbered Air Force leadership on the appropriate level of disciplinary action at the conclusion of a 13-month investigation, ensuring equitable treatment of his Airmen. Over a weekend, he responded to a hospitalized Airman notification. He not only notified all appropriate leadership but immediately went to the hospital in person to support the distraught Airman and his family members. Vinetti supported 140 Total Force members by pushing the first religious accommodation request, correcting two major rank and pay discrepancies, and ensuring the unit fitness program was compliant ahead of the July suspense.

Duty Title: Military Training Instructor
Tech. Sgt. Jeston Shurtliff completed three Red Cross notifications, coordinated phone calls and crisis counseling. He also assisted with emergency leave and financial aid for BMT trainees, ultimately ensuring all three members returned to training. He assisted in gaining MYFITNESS access for the 321st TRS/UFPM to resolve a two-month issue with no access. His actions ensured fitness updates and out-processing actions could be accomplished for 84 MTIs. Shurtliff covered first sergeant duties, assisting with six briefings, coordinating a survey and made certificates for Airmen graduates. His dedication to assist ensured seamless operations supporting the graduation of 4,280 airmen annually.

Duty Title: Airfield Management Shift Lead
Senior Airman Zulema Hussey co-led the 502d OSS Key Support program. She designed the unit newsletter providing helpful resources and contacts displaying her commitment to ensuring the well-being and resilience of 44 personnel and their families. She led the J. Frank Dobie High School JROTC Airfield Tour event, teaming with 502d Air Base Wing Public Affairs office and briefed 49 students and teachers on the flying mission for JBSA-Kelly Field Annex, showcasing the 1,600-acre airfield. Hussey dedicated her time representing the squadron during the 502d ISG senior enlisted leader change of responsibility ceremony, guiding four units on the event location display and rendered proper customs and courtesies.

Duty Title: Network Analyst
Airman 1st Class Austin C. Lynn led eight meetings to plan the inaugural 92nd and 834th Combined Combat Dining-in, directed 23 members in event coordination and fundraisers, procuring $4.1K in supplies and cementing culture and moral for 350 personnel. As the Airman’s Voice Council representative to 72 junior enlisted, Lynn mentored 37 Airmen on community outreach programs and coached 15 Airmen on below-the-zone board procedures, developing a welfare mindset and professional growth. He guided two members to JAG and procured power-of-attorney in response to quick-reaction taskings. In their absence, he completed tasks to out-process the dorms, directly improving the quality of life for Airmen supporting Operation EPIC FURY.

Duty Title: Cyberspace Warfare Operator
Airman 1st Class Jun Park collaborated with a seven-member team to execute the squadron's Comprehensive Airman Fitness Day. He piloted a resilience event for 120 personnel, enabling the commander’s intent to forge holistic physical, mental, and spiritual health. He re-engineered the flight physical fitness program into 1 1/2-hour daily sessions and monthly mock assessments for his team of 30. His targeted training propelled the flight's PT pass rate from 8% to 96% to be lauded by the group commander. Park oversaw unit onboarding and dorm assignment for all new accessions Airmen while also managing a snack fund between two sites. His work secured housing for 15 members and granted $1,000 in morale funds towards the booster club.

During a severe BMT flu outbreak, Airman 1st Class Courtney N. Young augmented JBSA-Lackland's disaster response team, disinfecting equipment and providing crowd control, which fueled the processing of 77 flights and historic inoculation of 2,500 trainees in under six hours. Young collaborated with seven dental assistants for a local elementary school's career day, delivering three instructional hours to seven classes, which strengthened the knowledge of oral hygiene techniques and enlisted career opportunities of 70 students. She allocated 25 hours of manpower support for the 2026 Great Texas Airshow, maintaining a clear route for emergency responders and upholding order amongst the masses, which cemented the safety of 500 staff and 130,000 visitors.
