JOINT BASE SAN ANTONIO-FORT SAM HOUSTON, Texas –
The U.S. Army Medical Center of Excellence hosted a promotion for U.S. Army Spc. David Wilkinson, formerly an 11B Infantryman, at a ceremony March 3.
Formerly an 11B Infantryman, Wilkinson received full relief from the Department of War, after being reinstated under the COVID-19 reinstatement program, including backpay, entitlements, benefits, constructive service credit, and promotion to specialist.
He is now training as a 68W Combat Medic as he continues his career in the Army.
