Sixteenth Air Force commander Lt. Gen. Kevin B. Kennedy visited Grand Forks Air Force Base, North Dakota, March 28 to see the impactful work of the 319th Reconnaissance Wing's Airmen and how they accomplish the intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance mission.
Kennedy prioritized the importance of driving modernization while visiting the wing. He also listened to airmen share their experience of working on aircraft while giving his own perspective as a command pilot who has flown the B-1 and T-38.
