San Antonio Chamber of Commerce hosts Women in the Military

The San Antonio Chamber of Commerce hosted Women in the Military at the Magnolia Halle, a San Antonio event venue, June 9. Command Chief Master Sgt. Casy Boomershine, 502nd Air Base Wing and Joint Base San Antonio, was one of the participants.

Boomershine was joined by Lt. Col. Adriana Ramirez-Scott, commander, U.S. Army Recruiting Battalion San Antonio; and Sgt. Maj. Monica Cervantes, Marines Recruiting Station San Antonio, as they shared their experiences in the military, maintaining a work-life balance, mentorship, career success and their perspective as being women who serve, lead and sacrifice. Richard Perez, president and CEO, San Antonio Chamber of Commerce moderated the panelist with questions.
