The commander regrets to announce the death of Army Spc. Jerald W. Offer, assigned to the Training Support Company at Joint Base San Antonio-Camp Bullis, who passed away April 24, 2021.
To settle the estate of the deceased, 2nd Lt. Justyn T. Duke, also assigned to the Training Support Company at JBSA-Camp Bullis, has been appointed as the Summary Courts Officer.
