Refilling Prescriptions

Refills can be picked up at any JBSA Pharmacy refill pick-up location, regardless of where you first filled your prescription. Refills called in before 4:30 p.m. will be ready by 1 p.m. on the third duty day for all JBSA pharmacies.

** Please note the difference between a REFILL and a RENEWAL**

Refills are called in by the patient to the phone number listed below for activation. Renewals are medications that have run out of refills and the provider must create a new script. Once that’s completed, that renewal will have to be activated as a new medication.
