How to Apply

1) Submit a completed and signed application form to your installation's MTBP Program POC for processing.

- Air Force Global: "JBSA Vanpool" or email to : UDG_Vanpool@us.af.mil

2) Select a mass transportation provider and find a ride (Commuter Bus, Commuter Train, Subway/Light Rail or Vanpool)

3) Receive your debit card from the JBSA MTBP Agency Coordinator

 

Allocate Your Benefits

1)Create an account to automatically move your benefit from your card to your Vanpool provider each month.

2)Ask your Vanpool provider for information to identify your Vanpool in the allocation.

3)Benefits will be delivered directly to the Vanpool’s account on the first of the month.

Eligibility

Applicants and participants are required to take a brief ethics training. When applying for and claiming the benefit, participants in the program must certify and attest to program criteria. The training informs applicants and participants of important ethical conduct and legal implications associated with using the benefit.
