MEDCoE commanding general visits hometown to raise awareness and promote career opportunities

JOINT BASE SAN ANTONIO-FORT SAM HOUSTON, Texas - Vanden High School Junior Reserve Officer Corps (JROTC) students listen while Maj. Gen. Michael Talley, commanding general of the U.S. Army Medical Center of Excellence, describes his Army career and shares the many opportunities available in Army Medicine, Nov. 14, 2022. Talley attended his freshmen, sophomore, and part of his junior year at Vanden High School and had the opportunity to visit the campus during a during a hometown recruiting to California. The Army is working to engage with the public and raise awareness of the many opportunities of military service. In that effort senior Army leaders are visiting their hometown to meet with students and educators.
