JOINT BASE SAN ANTONIO-FORT SAM HOUSTON, Texas - Col. Joselito Lim (left), Army Capability Manager Director, Medical Capability Development Integration Directorate, presents Capt. Tara Walsh (right), Medical Company/Detachment Commander for Company A, Brooke Army Medical Center, Joint Base San Antonio-Fort Sam Houston, with the Army Achievement Medal for writing the number one Multi-Domain Operations paper for the U.S. Army Medical Center of Excellence Medical Captain Career Course Class 22-222 at Joint Base San Antonio-Fort Sam Houston May 25. Walsh’s paper, titled "Combat and Operational Stress Control (COSC): Providing early intervention to decrease Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)," was selected as best among 11 small groups.
