WASHINGTON, District of Columbia - U.S. Marines with Marine Rotational Force – Darwin and members of the Australian Defence Force, sit in a MV-22B Osprey that is flying to Darwin, Australia, after a site survey visit at Tiwi Island, NT, Australia, May 3, 2021. Marines and ADF members conducted a site survey at Tiwi Island in preparation of an upcoming exercise for MRF-D’s 10th rotation. The 2021 rotation provides the U.S. Marine Corps and ADF with an exceptional opportunity to develop relationships, learn about each other’s cultures, strengthen partnership, and increase shared military capabilities.
