JOINT BASE SAN ANTONIO, Texas - Master Sgt. Ryan, 147th Operations Group/Detachment 1 A-Flight NCO in charge and Basic Sensor Operator Course (BSOC) instructor, Joint Base San Antonio-Randolph, teaches a class Oct. 23, 2019, at the 558th Flying Training Squadron. During BSOC, students learn general remotely piloted aircraft operations, full motion video operations, air to ground target prosecution, datalinks and frequency spectrum theory.
