The 359th Medical Operations Squadron Physical Therapy Flight is leading the 359th Medical Group at Joint Base San Antonio-Randolph in food drives to assist the San Antonio Food Bank and the victims of Hurricane Michael. The flight is partnering with Promotion Physical Therapy in San Antonio on the drive to benefit the San Antonio Food Bank.
