The Vogel Resiliency Center brings together eight entities of resiliency services to one location. This facility is unique to Joint Base San Antonio-Fort Sam Houston and unique in the Army. The Vogel Resiliency Center is in building 367 located at the corner of Stanley and Reynolds Roads.
