TEAM aims to tackle equality issues within Air Force Recruiting Service

Tackling Equality to Advance the Mission, or TEAM, is a new Air Force Recruiting Service initiative with the goal to provide a platform for Airmen throughout AFRS to identify issues of inequality or bias in programs, policies, or procedures and present solutions for senior leadership action.

A command pilot with more than 4,200 flight hours, Goldfein served 37 years in the Air Force and is retiring to the San Antonio area.
