Little Lacklanders 'float' through Month of the Military Child

He is the son of Staff Sgt. Ryan and Lisa Harter. "It was an awesome turnout," said Tina Matthews, Family Child Care Support Group president and event planner. She said the parade included 25 to 30 floats. "The children enjoyed pulling their floats, and especially making them at home with their parents," she said.
