JOINT BASE SAN ANTONIO-LACKLAND, Texas –
The Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland Area Defense Counsel office will be closed Sept. 2-5 and resume normal operations at 8 a.m. Sept. 6.
Service members needing assistance during this time can send an email to LacklandADC@gmail.com and/or call 210-671-2924, which will be forwarded to an on-call paralegal. Leave a voicemail if your call is not answered, and your call will be returned at the earliest convenience.
Do not send personally identifiable information, or PII, documents/information through the Gmail account.
The usual JBSA-Lackland ADC hours of operation are:
- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: BMT/Technical School trainee walk-ins, 8-11 a.m.
- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday: Permanent party by appointment only, 1-4 p.m.
- Thursday: Permanent party by appointment only, 9-11 a,m. and 1-4 p.m.
- Closed daily from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
All Article 15 clients are required to have an appointment, no matter their status.
